active sync problem on WinCE 5.0 persistent storage

The File Synchronization problem in the persistent storage is confirmed to be the Microsoft bug. It is solved in WinCE 6.0. According to the below link, Microsoft said they had the solution for WinCE 5.0. But I can't find it from their updates. Maybe in the near future, they will release the solution.
